- Salt cells need periodic cleaning and inspection as scaling can build up on the electrode plates and make it inefficient. (Salt cell cleaning should be completed in the spring or fall.)
- Our Tech will remove the salt cell and clean it with a diluted solution of muriatic acid or salt cell cleaner.
- The cell will be thorough rinsed and reinstalled inline.
- Pool pump will be restarted when we are finished.
